As a small business, we do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Typically orders are processed in our Portland, Oregon warehouse within 2-6 business days. Depending on the size of your order, and day/time your order was placed, or current holidays, these processing times may vary.  

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, at which time you can see an estimated delivery date from USPS. These are estimates and purely for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed by Tender Loving Empire.
