TLE Returns and Exchanges 

We want to make sure you're perfectly happy with everything you purchase from Tender Loving Empire. If you need to return or exchange anything you've purchased from us, in our stores or online, we are happy to help! 💛 Please don’t hesitate to reach out. 


Online Purchases🌐 

We accept fully packaged, unused and undamaged merchandise for returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you'd like to exchange or return an item you've purchased from Tenderlovingempire.com, please contact us at [email protected] and we will send you instructions on how to start this process.

**Please note: Tender Loving Empire is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if making an exchange we will pay for shipping of the exchange order to you. 📦 

**Special consideration is given to items damaged in transit. Please contact [email protected] if you need assistance with a damaged order. 



🌈 In Store Purchases

Our Tender Loving Empire retail locations accept fully packaged, unused and undamaged merchandise for returns within 15 days from the date of purchase. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. An itemized receipt is required for all returns and exchanges of items purchased from our physical stores.  TLE Return/Exchange Policy

Tender Loving Empire accepts all fully packaged, unused, and undamaged merchandise for returns or exchanges. Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

For in-store returns/exchanges: An itemized receipt is required, returns without a receipt will be subject to Manager approval. 

All Sale items are final sale.
